乌力格尔（蒙古文说书）不仅是广大蒙古族群众文化、娱乐、生活的一部分，也是他们学习知识和获取信息的重要渠道之一。乌力格尔在广大蒙古族人民生活中占有十分重要的位置。
进入20世纪80年代以后，许多知名的乌力格尔艺人相继去世，新的乌力格尔传人不足，再加上生活方式现代化、娱乐方式多样化，乌力格尔（蒙古文说书）的生存空间和发展形式面临严重的危机。2006年，乌力格尔艺术被列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。因此，利用信息化技术保护和发展乌力格尔艺术，对于保护蒙古族非物质文化遗产、促进传统文化艺术的传承与发扬、维护世界文化多样性具有十分重要的意义。
我公司为了更好地传播和发展乌力格尔文化，特别开发乌力格尔播放器（蒙古文说书软件）。目前收集了东部地区民间广为流传的乌力格尔（蒙古文说书）内容，软件支持iOS5.1及以上的手机平台。将逐步与各地广播电台等相关单位合作，不断丰富内容资源，敬请期待…
Uliger as it means story in Mongolian language, is a form of performance of storytelling. It is not only a part of Mongolian people's culture, entertainment and life, but also one of most important way of learning knowledge and gathering information. It has a pivotal role in Mongolian people's life.
From 1980s, many well known storytellers have passed away, and there are no enough successors. Additionally, becasue of modern life style and entertaniment, the development of Uliger is confronted with serious crisis. In 2006,Uliger has been included in China's national Intangible Cultural Heritage lists.Therefore, it is significantly important that to protect Mongolian Intangible Cultural Heritage, to enhance the developmentand the inheritance of Mongolian culture, to maintain the diversity of culture by using information technology.
For purpose of passing on and developing culture of Uliger, our company has developed this application software. Currently, we have collected stories that well known in the eastern region of Inner Mongolia. The software is supported by iOS5.1 or later version. We will gradually have collaboration with ralated units and departments to enrich the content and resource.Please look forward for it.
モンゴル・ウリゲルというのはモンゴル民族の文化習慣の一つで、 楽器を弾きながら歌う形で講談を演ずる芸術のことを言います。モンゴル・ウリゲルはモンゴル民族の人々の重要なエンタティンメント生活の一部分になり、知識と情報を得る重要な手段にもなっていることで、非常に重要な位置付けを占めています。
前世紀の80年代から、数多くのモンゴル・ウリゲルの名人たちが相継ぎ亡くなられたことと、新しいモンゴル・ウリゲルの伝人が不足していること、または人々の生活方式の現代化およびエンタティンメントの多様化により、モンゴル・ウリゲルの将来発展に危機が迫っているように感じられています。
2006年に、モンゴル・ウリゲルは初回の中国非物質文化遺産に登録されました。情報技術を利用してモンゴル・ウリゲルを保護するまたは発展させることは、モンゴル民族の非物質文化遺産を保護することと、伝統民族の文化芸術を継承と発展させることになり、世界文化の多様性を維持することも言える重要な意義を持つことになります。
弊社では、モンゴル・ウリゲル文化をもっとよく伝達と発展させるために、iOS用のモンゴル・ウリゲル・プレィヤーを開発しました。当モンゴル・ウリゲル・アプリはアップルのモバイルデバイスのiOS5.1以上を必要とします。初回バージョンには、内モンゴル東部地方に幅広く伝われて来た数多くのモンゴル・ウリゲルが収録されています。今後もラジオ局またはその他関連会社と一緒に力を合わせて、モンゴル・ウリゲルの内容を増やしていきたいと考えております。ご興味のある方は是非ともお楽しみにしてください。
